The Policy & Strategy Unit is responsible for activities that are external to direct service delivery issues. These include:

• Participation in Child & Family Services Standing Committee meetings
• Membership on special committees
• Networking and developing partnerships
• Coordination of new functions, activities and projects such as the development of Southern Network specific Standards, and the implementation of Differential Response
• Coordination of the Southern Network’s crisis response
