The Southern Network Human Resource Department is committed to the creation and enhancement of a respectful workplace environment to ensure staff has the support they need to meet standards of service excellence. Services are provided to the Southern Network and the Southern CFS agencies.
Human Resources promotes best practices reflective of the holistic and diverse values of First Nations communities.

Spiritual Caregiver (Elder)
The role of the Spiritual Caregiver is to promote and enhance spiritual and cultural life within the Southern Network and the Southern CFS agencies, by assisting in fostering and promoting cultural and spiritual teachings in the services and programs.
Governance Coach
The Southern Network provides advisory and support services to agency Boards of Directors and reviews Board Governance practices. The governance coach assists Boards in meeting their training needs.
